INTRODUCTION:

While commercial real estate assets are one of the largest groups of global assets, the CRE industry has been slow to innovate its core business processes. Today's traders struggle with challenges such as disparate and outdated technology, data sharing, inefficient cash flow management and real-time performance data, to name a few.
AgentMile aims to transform this $3.385 trillion industry1 by introducing the first decentralized CRE leasing platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI). We have identified a combination of robust software features backed by a chain of blocks of technology as the most efficient solution to the challenges facing the industry:

Although, traditional systems and approaches have not been able to keep pace with the progressive pace of change that is transforming the industry. Currently, the CRE is applying within the narrow price limits of comparable sales, leasing rates, past transactions and valuations that are kept secret by market agents. So they are right, given how competitive the market continues to be (According to IBISWorld, in the global market, the income of the CRE industry amounts to $3385 trillion).
AgentMile aims to transform this $3.385 trillion industry by introducing the first CRE decentralized leasing platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI). We have a combination of robust software features backed by a block chain as the most efficient solution to the challenges facing the industry.

WHAT IS AGENTMILE?

AgentMile is the world's first decentralized business platform for leasing powered by AI. We allow brokers and landlords to list their commercial properties on our MLS website.

BACKGROUND OF AGENTMILE

We started operating in 2015, at which time we launched our hard drive agent (AgentDrive), our customer relationship management and marketing platform. AgentDrive is now used by more than 1,000 real estate professionals in 20 countries to help them manage and market more than 100,000 properties.
Subsequently with the success of AgentDrive, we launched AgentGrow for the first quarter of 2018, which is a real estate website builder that helps agents and brokers build beautiful and compelling websites and landing pages that generate leads.
These services have finally enabled the agents to be able to carry out sales and marketing activities in a transparent and efficient manner. AgentDrive was awarded the "Great User Experience Award 2017" and "Rising Star Award 2017" by FinanzasOnline7.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN INVESTMENT PROPERTIES OR MARKETS CRE?

  • Industrial real estate: Factories, warehouses, plants, etc. By 2018, the industry is expected to be one of the most dynamically expanding.
  • Multi-family real estate: Apartment buildings rented to a variety of short-term and long-term tenants.
  • Hotels, but also resorts, motels and the like. Airbnb accommodation excluded.

    Makes finding and renting CRE properties quick and efficient.
  • AgentDrive
    It is the heart of the project, combining data-based decisions with a real estate project.

TECHNICAL OVERVIEW

Below we will explain in detail the technical specifications hidden in our technical document. The AgentMile platform will be designed using a Microservices architecture that will be based on two global APIs:
The front: Tenant and owner (web and mobile), applications as the only access point to the core and block the chain behind it.
The core: A set of Microservices based on different technologies that orchestrate all the project's functionalities and connect the front-end, thus reducing any friction in the use of this technology.
Intelligent contracts in the Ethereum: AgentMile block chain will use the command in three ways: to manage cryptocurrency, as a technique to store the MLS in a distributed and open way, and to create all the intelligent leasing contracts.

SMART CONTRACT ENVIRONMENT

Implementing these smart contracts will not only manage the AgentMile network's functionality, but will also provide the essential features much needed by the entire CRE industry.
The AgentMile platform will use the Ethereum block chain as the general ledger to store all Smart Contracts. They will be carried out by a team of senior developers, based on the Truffle and OpenZeppelin duo. This will be fully tested by a double audit of independent companies.
Usage problems will be prevented, because any communication with the lock chain will be done through the AgentMile API, this is our core and will be in charge of the direct lock connection.
AgentMile will develop its own Ethereum nodes to link directly to the Smart Contract to reduce the risk of downtime and delays.

USE OF THE WALLET SYSTEM.

In order to have a secure platform, AgentMile will build an internal portfolio. This will allow users to work directly with the Ethereum block chain without the need for external tools and will also be used to control the KYC system.
When the user joins AgentMile, the platform will create a unique Ethereum and will be assigned to that user. These Ethereum addresses have private keys that will be stored in the users' wallets and will be stored directly in their mobile application or, if you prefer, in your private application that will allow them to use them through the virtual web and mobile wallets.
